  36            <td valign="top" class="data"><p>The Attributes Area for Static Content consists of five tabs:
  37                      Publishing, Images, Parameters, Meta Info and Link to Menu.

  39                 <p><strong>(1) Publishing</strong></p>
  40                 <ul>
  41                      <li><strong>Published</strong>: Check
  42                           the box to let the item show on your site.</li>
  43                      <li><strong>Access
  44                           Level</strong>: Choose who will be able to view this
  45                           content. Public, registered or special.</li>
  46                      <li><strong>Author Alias</strong>:
  47                           You can publish the author&#39;s name for a piece of
  48                           content. You can choose a Registered user as displayed
  49                           through the dropdown or type any name there (an author
  50                           that does not have an account or content created by
  51                           many authors as a group).</li>
  52                      <li><strong>Change
  53                           Creator</strong>: This allows you to assign ownership
  54                           of this content to another registered user.</li>
  55                      <li><strong>Ordering</strong>:
  56                           Select the order in which this content is listed relative
  57                           to others in this Category. The choices available in
  58                           the dropdown will show once changes to the item are
  59                           saved or applied.</li>
  60                      <li><strong>Override Created Date</strong>:
  61                           This shows the created date for the content. You can
  62                           change the date if necessary.</li>
  63                      <li><strong>Start Publishing</strong>:
  64                           Select the date when this document is to be published
  65                           on the web site.</li>
  66                      <li><strong>Finish
  67                           Publishing</strong>: If desired, you can set the date
  68                           when your content is to be expired.</li>
  69                      <li><strong>Content ID</strong>:
  70                           This is the ID of the content in the database.</li>
  71                      <li><strong>State</strong>:
  72                           This shows the current state of the document. It is
  73                           not editable.</li>
  74                      <li><strong>Hits</strong>:
  75                           This gives the number of times this content was viewed.
  76                           The &#39;Reset
  77                           Hit Count&#39; button allows you to reset the counter
  78                           to zero.</li>
  79                      <li><strong>Revised</strong>: This shows the number
  80                                of edits this content has undergone.</li>
  81                      <li><strong>Created</strong>:
  82                                     This is the date this Content Item was created.</li>
  83                      <li><strong>By</strong>:
  84                                          This is the name of the user that created
  85                                          the Content Item.</li>
  86                      <li><strong>Last
  87                                               Modified</strong>: This is the date
  88                                               when this Content Item was last
  89                                               modified, if ever.</li>
  90                      <li><strong>By</strong>:
  91                                                    This is the name of the user
  92                           that last modified this content, if ever. </li>

  95                      <li><strong>Sub-folder</strong>: Choose
  96                           here the sub-folder you want to get the images from. These
  97                      are in images/stories/.</li>
  98                      <li><strong>Gallery Images</strong>:
  99                           This dropdown lists the images available in the specific
 100                           sub-folder. Highlight one or multiple image name(s)
 101                           and click on the &#39;Add&#39; button.The
 102                           name(s) will display in the Content Images dropdown.</li>
 103                      <li><strong>Content
 104                           Images</strong>:The &#39;up&#39; and &#39;down&#39; buttons
 105                           determine the order of images if there are more than
 106                           one on this page. The images will display relative to
 107                           the instances of {mosimage} tags in your content.</li>
 108                      <li><strong>Edit the image
 109                           selected</strong>Select an image in &#39;Content Images&#39;.</li>
 110                      <li><strong>Source</strong>:
 111                                Displays the default name of the image highlighted.
 112                                You may edit that name.</li>
 113                      <li><strong>Image Align</strong>:
 114                                     Lets you choose between None, center, left
 115                           or right.</li>
 116                      <li><strong>Alt Text</strong>:

 139                           Title</strong>: Hides or shows the Page Title as defined

 141                      <li><strong>Page Class Suffix</strong>:
 142                           Allows you to set customized styles for this page. The
 143                           suffix you type here is automatically added to the CSS
 144                           classes for this page, and will have to be defined in
 145                           your template&#39;s
 146                           CSS style sheet for usage.</li>
 147                      <li><strong>Back Button</strong>:
 148                           Controls whether to show or hide a &quot;Back&quot; text
 149                           link that would appear on the bottom of the page and
 150                           return the user to the previously viewed page. The pull

 152                           Global&#39; to use the parameter as defined globally
 153                           through the Site-&gt;Global Configuration, &#39;Hide&#39; or &#39;Show&#39;.For

 155                           can use the option selected in the Global Configuration
 156                           settings (Site -&gt; Global Configuration) by selecting &#39;Use

 158                           you can override the Global Configuration setting by

 193                           This information is inserted in the headers of your content.

 196                           These keywords are also related to the header information
 197                           provided for search engines, but provide too a much
 198                           more important function. These keywords drive the What&#39;s
 199                           Related Module that provides automatic links to other
 200                      Content Items that shares a similar keyword. </li>
 201                      <li><strong>Add Sect/Cat/Title</strong>:&nbsp; Clicking
 202                           on this button is a convenient way to insert the content&#39;s
 203                           information into the keywords field, including the content&#39;s
 204                      title, section name, and category name. </li>
 205                 </ul>               <p><strong>(5) Link to Menu</strong> -- This
 206                      will create a &#39;Link - Static Content Item&#39; in the
 207                      menu you select.NOTE: There is no other way to show this
 208                      content on your site. The link may also be created through
 209                 the Menu Manager.</p>
